On June 25–26, 2026, the 2026 China–Central Asia Conference on Industry–University–Research–Application Collaboration was held in Ürümqi, Peoples Republic of China. This high-level international conference brought together representatives of higher education institutions, research centers, government agencies, and industrial enterprises from China and Central Asian countries to strengthen scientific and educational cooperation and promote the application of modern technologies.







An extended meeting of the University-wide Department of Pedagogy at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki was held to discuss the dissertation thesis of the department’s applicant, Muqaddas Nabieva, entitled “Pedagogical Conditions for Improving the System of Assessing the Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies of Students in General Secondary Education Institutions”, supervised by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Faiz Gulmadov, Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Modern Education at the Academy of Education of Tajikistan.
A discussion of the scientific dissertation of Nasim Otakhonovich Dustov, a researcher of the Department of History of the Tajik People at the Faculty of History, Law and International Relations of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, was held at a meeting of the department. The dissertation, entitled “The Political, Social, and Economic Situation of Mawarannahr in the 16th and Early 17th Centuries Based on Historical Sources and Materials,” was prepared under the supervision of Ruzibek Bokiev, Candidate of Historical Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of History of the Tajik People.
As part of the expanded meeting of the Academic Council of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki (June 26, 2026), dedicated to reviewing the results of the 2025–2026 academic year, a ceremonial presentation of honors diplomas to graduates was held. During the event, honors diplomas were awarded to 87 graduates, including 70 bachelors degree graduates and 17 masters degree graduates.
On June 26, 2026, an expanded meeting of the Academic Council was held at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki with the participation of a broad range of professors, lecturers, staff members, and employees. During the meeting, the universitys performance in the 2025–2026 academic year was reviewed and summarized.
Dear compatriots. Today is a historic and memorable day for the Republic of Tajikistan and for the peace-loving peoples of the world. Yesterday, a new initiative of Tajikistan "International Decade of Strengthening of Peace for Future Generations, 2027–2036" was adopted by the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly. On this historic occasion, I sincerely congratulate the peace-loving people of our country.
On June 20–21, 2026, an international conference entitled “Remaining Student-Centered in the Age of AI” was held at the initiative of the Virtual ERC Community in cooperation with English Language Fellows. The conference addressed issues related to the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, the implementation of modern teaching methods, and the professional development of educators.
A scientific and theoretical conference of the academic staff of the Faculty of Tajik Philology and Journalism of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki was held to commemorate the 29th anniversary of National Unity Day under the title “National Unity – A Symbol of the Nations Stability and Sustainability”.
At the Hall of the Centre for Professional Development and Innovation of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, the Faculty of Geography and Digital Economy organized a round table entitled “The Role of National Unity in the Sustainable Development of the Country”, dedicated to the National Unity Day. The event was attended by the faculty administration, heads of specialized departments, and members of the academic staff.
